Dear 'Gazza',

It saddens me to have to write to you with such terrible news, but I must tell you that the former occupants of this Osborne Park dwelling were all killed in a tragic accident. My organisation is now looking after their interests, including this property. We have made our own arrangements concerning potential buried treasure. The contract between you and the residents, which had not yet been signed by them, will be returned forthwith. Your lovely wife will be returned at the same time.

While hunting for buried treasure may seem like an exciting, fun adventure, in reality it can prove very dangerous - as the former residents of this dwelling found out. My concern for your safety and well-being compels me to advise you against further involvement in this matter.

Mario Bonini.
